Welcome to Extreme Philippines. By accessing, registering, or participating in any activities, events, or services offered through our website, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that participation in activities such as skateboarding, scootering, longboarding, biking, rollerblading, or similar sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: injuries, falls, collisions, equipment failure, weather conditions, and negligence of other participants. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

2. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Extreme Philippines, its officers, employees, agents, sponsors, partners, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to:

Participation in events, programs, or activities organized or promoted by us;

Use of facilities, equipment, or services;

Any incident occurring before, during, or after such activities.

3. No Responsibility for Personal Property or Injury

The Organization is not responsible for:

Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during events;

Medical costs, injuries, or damages you may sustain;

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. Medical Consent

You are solely responsible for your health and well-being. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and assume full responsibility for seeking medical advice before joining any activity. You also authorize us to arrange emergency treatment if required and accept full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in activities or violation of these Terms.

6. Minors

If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in any activities. By using our website or registering for an event, your parent/guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Philippines.

8. Agreement

By using our website, registering, or participating in any event or activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that you waive any claims against the Organization.
